Note: Independently licensed therapists are also in‑network with UMR. We do not accept EAP plans. Insurance verification is completed during intake scheduling, and clients are responsible for understanding their benefits.

Note: HSA/FSA cards and all major credit cards are accepted. Superbills are available for out‑of‑network reimbursement.

Out‑of‑Network Options

Support for clients using plans we do not directly accept. If your insurance is out‑of‑network, we can provide a monthly invoice for potential reimbursement. Many clients receive partial reimbursement depending on their plan.
